Returns/Cancellation of Order Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, If you have any issues with your product we will work with you for a replacement or repair.
Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com or use the contact page on our site. Be sure to include your order number along with the part description in your message.
All returns may only be requested within 7 days of the delivery date if product is in original packaging unopened and must not have been fitted with purchaser to pay return shipping and is non refundable.
All pod kits containing jets are non refundable.
All returns/cancelled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. Any Custom made products/orders or alterations as a customers request will be non refundable.
Jono's Cruiser Customs is to approve all returns before product will be covered under warranty/returns policy.
Update - 2020
Due to the Covid-19 and the effects on small business, any orders cancelled in the forseeable future will be refunded through a online store credit only (at full purchase price excluding custom jobs) for Jono's Cruiser Customs, this can be used for workshop fitting/custom work and/or any products online.
